Due to the delicate nature of our arrangements, all purchases are final. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

RETURN POLICY

• We do not accept returns. Please acknowledge all of the below before placing your order.
• The color, size and shape of each floral arrangement/bouquet will vary
• The dried florals do not need to be watered, as they are dried. 
• The fluffier the pampas plumes, the more likely they are to get a little squished during shipping and change shape. Please allow a few days for the plumes to settle and take shape once placed in a vase. 
• The shedding varies between the plumes and your pampas will shed.
